EOT Crane Wheel Assembly

Currently, large portion of the Crane Wheel Assembly are utilizing En 8 or En 9 material forgings for wheels that are produced in forging because of which we need to disburse @ 30% more money towards the fundamental Material and this extra material, we have to expel in machining by contributing additionally machining time. Forgings lead time is min 4-5 weeks from the date of request and 1 week for heat treatment, machining, and different finishing (e.g. bore pounding). It implies, we need to design the material prior to 5 to a month and a half. In the event of En 24, we need couple of more days for machining time because of high hardness as contrast with En 9 as to evade high acquirement time and hefty machining, we have built Crane Wheel Assembly in SGI 800/2 material. Primary property of our assembly is self oil and high quality.
